Renaissance Law Group is unique in many ways. Because, we have co-founded a number of successful companies we understand the pressures and challenges that early stage companies face. In addition, we have spent a number of years as investors, having helped start an investment bank and having run Corporate Finance for another. As a result, we can uniquely help our clients throughout the capital raising process. Finally we are creative in our billing approach, often negotiating contingent or equity based compensation.
